Skin ageing & anti-ageing

Wrinkles, loss of elasticity and changes in skin texture are visible. But the face does not age in just one layer.

As we age, changes at a cellular level gradually affect tissues and structures beneath the skin that contribute to facial support, volume and contours. These include fatty tissue and muscle structure, among other components.

My approach is not limited to stimulating collagen and elastin. They matter, but they are only part of the process. I take a broader view of skin quality, texture and the different layers and tissues involved in facial ageing.

Nutrition and targeted supplements may be part of the guidance I offer when I believe they could support skin condition.

The aim is not only to look at a wrinkle, but to understand what is changing beneath it.
